This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Winston-Salem, North Carolina trial session, which is scheduled to begin October 11, 2022. On June 21, 2022, the parties filed a signed Proposed Stipulated Decision with the Court. Upon review the Court noted a discrepancy, in that the second petitioner's middle name, "McMillan" in the page two caption as well as signature block has an extra "i" showing "McMillian" and this does not match the record.

Considering the foregoing, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before July 1, 2022, the parties shall submit to the Court a corrected stipulated decision document where the caption and signature block match those in the petition filed September 15, 2021. It is further
