ORDER

Richard T. Morrison, Judge.

These cases are set for a special trial session beginning on Monday, September 25, 2023, in Los Angeles, California.

On August 28, 2023, the parties filed pretrial memoranda estimating that the trial will take 10 days (petitioner's estimate) or 7 to 9 days (respondent's estimate).

The parties are reminded that that Thursday, October 5, 2023, will be the last day available for trial during the special trial session of September 25, 2023.

The Undersigned is presiding over a Trial Session in Los Angeles, California, beginning November 6, 2023. The Court anticipates that if the trial of these cases is incomplete by the close of business on Thursday, October 5, 2023, the trial of these cases will be continued to one of the following days of the Court's November 6, 2023 Los Angeles, California Trial Session: November 7, 8, or 9.

Given the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that any party who has logistical conflicts with the aforementioned schedule should contact the Chambers of the Undersigned as soon as practicable.
