This case was calendared for trial during the Court's January 24, 2022, Houston, Texas, remote trial session. On January 24, 2022, this case was called from the calendar. Counsel for respondent appeared and advised the Court that a basis for settlement had been reached. By Order served January 27, 2022, the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On April 22, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 48) informing the Court that petitioners made a payment to satisfy the deficiency for the taxable year 2016 and requesting additional time to allow petitioners' 2016 tax account to fully reconcile. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before June 27, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
