ORDER ACCEPTING FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS OF UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636, the Court reviewed the petition, the relevant records on file, and the Report and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge. Further, the Court engaged in a de novo review of those portions of the Report to which Petitioner objected, the government's response, and the Magistrate Judge's supplemental statement of decision. The Court accepts the findings and recommendation of the Magistrate Judge. See DHS v Thuraissigiam, ___ U.S. ___, 2020 WL 3454809 (June 25, 2020).

IT IS ORDERED that: (a) Petitioner's emergency request for injunctive relief is denied; and (b) judgment be entered dismissing this action with prejudice. DATED: August 19, 2020
