IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 [Doc. No. 1] filed by Petitioner Nasereldin Kharash is hereby DENIED and DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
