MEMORANDUM OPINION

On June 12, 2009, this Court sent appellant a letter informing her that her brief was deficient. We directed her to file an amended brief correcting the identified deficiencies within ten days. On July 15, 2009, we sent appellant a letter telling her that her brief was overdue. When no amended brief was received by September 21, 2009, we ordered appellant to file an amended brief correcting the deficiencies noted in the June 12, 2009 letter within ten days. We warned appellant that failure to comply would result in our striking the deficient brief and dismissing the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.9(a), 42.3(c). Appellant has not filed an amended brief.

Accordingly, we strike the appellant's brief filed on June 3, 2009 and dismiss the appeal.
