BHUSHAN KHANNA & ANJULY KHANNA, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Courtney D. Jones Judge

This case is scheduled for trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on February 14, 2022, at Atlanta, Georgia. On January 24, 2022, the parties twice filed a Status Report (docket entry nos. 41 and 42) and advised that a basis for settlement has been reached. Further, the parties reported that they will execute and file the proposed stipulated decision document before February 14, 2022. The Status Reports appear to be identical. Accordingly, we will strike the latter report from the record.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the joint Status Report, filed January 24, 2022 (docket entry no. 42), is hereby stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on February 14, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before February 14, 2022, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
