PRADEEP KHANNA & ASHMEE KHANNA, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

David Gustafson, Judge.

The Commissioner filed a motion (Doc. 7) to dismiss on grounds of mootness and a supplement (Doc. 9) to that motion. We ordered (see Doc. 16) that the motion be held in abeyance, pending developments in a related case, Docket No. 10346-20. In this case the parties have now filed a proposed stipulated decision, which we expect to enter. It is therefore

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss, as supplemented, is denied as moot.
