ORDER

L. Paige Marvel, Judge

On June 30, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report stating, among other things, that respondent's review of petitioner's Account Transcript reflects that petitioner's Offer in Compromise was accepted on May 8, 2023, and that petitioner's payment was made on June 6, 2023. Respondent requests that the Court allow the parties an additional sixty days to file a decision document or a status report as to the then-present status of this case. Petitioner's counsel agrees with the contents of respondent's status report.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that on or before September 5, 2023, the parties shall file either a proposed stipulated decision document or a joint status report as to the then-present status of this case.
