ORDER
The reporter's record was due April 13, 2020. When it was not filed, we notified court reporter Latresta Ginyard by postcard dated April 15, 2020 and directed her to file, by May 15, 2020, (1) the reporter's record, (2) written verification that no hearings were recorded, or (3) written verification that appellant has not requested the reporter's record. To date, the reporter's record has not been filed and we have had no communication from Ms. Ginyard.
We ORDER the reporter's record filed by June 26, 2020. We caution Ms. Ginyard that the failure to do so will result in the Court using whatever remedies it has available, including ordering Ms. Ginyard not sit, in order to ensure the record is filed and the appeals proceed in a timely fashion.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Angela Tucker, Presiding Judge, 199th Judicial District Court; LaTresta Ginyard, official court reporter, 199th Judicial District Court; James P. Whalen; and the Collin County District Attorney's Office.
