DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion for extension of time to perfect appeals and to accept appeal, to consolidate and for assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals and to accept appeal is granted, without costs, to the extent that the time to perfect the appeals is extended to October 16, 2015, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and brief, and it is further
ORDERED that Michelle I. Rosien, Esq., P.O. Box 908, Philmont, New York 12565, (518) 929-3710, is assigned to represent appellant on the appeal from the order of the Family Court of Montgomery County, entered August 4, 2014, pursuant to Family Ct Act § 1120, and it is further
ORDERED that pursuant to section 800.4 (c) of this Court's Rules of Practice, the Clerk of the Family Court of Montgomery County is directed to furnish the appellant's counsel one copy of the transcripts of the stenographic minutes of all proceedings in the matter and one copy of any other paper or document on file in that office which is material and relevant to this appeal, except those portions which appellate counsel or Family Court determines to be unnecessary for perfection of the appeal, and to forward the other copy of said transcripts to the Clerk of this Court.
