DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(b)(6)(i) to dispense with reproducing photograph albums and miscellaneous color photographs entered into evidence at trial, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 14, 2010.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before September 2, 2011, the appellant shall file with the Clerk of the Court one original of the photograph albums and the miscellaneous color photographs entered into evidence at trial.
