TAMEEM KHAN & YASMIN MAHMOOD, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This case was on the Court's October 19, 2020 trial calendar for New York City, but we moved it to a status-report track because the parties seemed likely to settle. Last year they did settle a related case. Petitioners have now produced the documents from India that may lead to an agreement in this case. The parties recently reported that respondent is now calculating revised foreign tax credit; petitioners will want to review this computation, but the case may be nearing settlement in the next month or so. It is therefore

ORDERED that on or before May 19, 2023 the parties shall submit settlement documents or file a status report describing their progress.
