ORDER

This case was called from the calendar of the Court's May 20, 2024, New York City trial session. The case was called for trial on May 21, 2024. On May 23, 2024, the Court received the transcript of the proceedings. The Court asked the reporting service, eScribers, LLC, to audit the audio of the proceedings and correct the transcript as necessary. As such, eScribers completed an errata sheet with the audit results.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, the correction as forth in the completed errata sheet shall be made. The Clerk of the Court shall attach to this Order served on the parties a copy of the completed errata sheet. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of this Order and errata sheet on the Court's reporting service, eScribers, LLC, at 7227 North 16th Street, Suite 207, Phoenix, Arizona 85020. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 12, 2024, eScribers, LLC, shall make the revisions, and by that same date shall provide corrected transcripts to the Court and each of the parties.
