This case was originally calendared for trial on October 23, 2023, at the Trial Session of the Court in New York, New York. By Order of the Court dated August 24, 2023, this case was continued and restored to the general docket. This case was assigned to this Division of the Court by Order of the Court dated December 19, 2023.

On June 21, 2024, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report. The parties informed the Court that Petitioner presented Respondent with a settlement offer, and Respondent presented Petitioner with a counter settlement offer. The parties believe this case is susceptible to settlement and have requested the Court order decision documents or a further status report in sixty (60) days.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 3, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents or a further status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
