ORDER It is ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time within which to file an answer in opposition to plaintiffs’ motions for leave to appeal (M-313) is granted; and it is further ORDERED that the motion to seal defendants’ confidential Appellate Division appendices on the Court's docket (M-314) is granted; and it is further
ORDERED that the motion to strike certain portions of plaintiffs’ appendices and direct plaintiffs to resubmit their motions (M-315) is denied; and it is further
ORDERED that the motion to strike plaintiffs’ confidential appendix containing the Bender documents and all references to this appendix (M-316) is denied; and it is further
ORDERED that the motion to delete plaintiffs’ confidential appendix and all references to it from the Court's docket and e-filing system (M-317) is denied; and it is further ORDERED that the motion to direct plaintiffs to return/destroy all privileged documents (M-318) is denied.
