The parties have filed an agreed motion to abate this appeal. The parties have stipulated that this appeal is factually and legally identical to another matter currently pending before this Court, Keystone RV Company v. Texas Department of Motor Vehicles, No. 03-15-00644-CV, and that this Court's ruling in cause number 03-15-00644-CV will be dispositive of this appeal.
