IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED between Plaintiff/ Counterdefendants JULIE KEY, an individual, PINE GROVE FARMS, INC., a Nevada corporation and ROYAL PEACOCK OPAL MINES, INC. a Nevada corporation and Defendants/Counterclaimants JOHN F. WITZEL, JR., STEENS MOUNTAIN PACKERS, an Oregon domestic corporation, HELI-STEENS and FRENCHGLEN BLACKSMITHS and COLTON WITZEL, an individual, (collectively, the “Parties”), by and through their respective counsel of record, that the parties have settled all of their claims, the parties have satisfied their obligations under their settlement agreement, and that this action SHALL BE DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, with each Party to bear its own attorneys' fees and costs.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
