Upon consideration of respondent's concession of error, the final order of the circuit court is quashed and the cause is remanded for consideration of the response filed by petitioner before the circuit court rules on the merits of the petition filed below. See Bard v. Wolson, 687 So.2d 254 (Fla. 1st DCA 1996).
