ORDER OF DISMISSAL AND DECISION

(Zachary S. Fried, Special Trial Judge.

This I.R.C. section 6330(d) case is before the Court on respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed April 30, 2024. The Court held a conference call with the parties on May 13, 2024, during which petitioner stated that she did not object to the granting of respondent's motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced motion is granted, and this case is dismissed upon the stated ground. It is further

ORDERED and DECIDED that respondent may proceed with collection as determined in the Notice of Determination, dated August 21, 2023, attached to respondent's Answer, filed October 31, 2023.
