This case is currently set for trial on the Court's November 1, 2021, Miami, Florida remote trial session. On August 23, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance and a Motion for Remand. Petitioner does not object to either motion. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed August 23, 2021, is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's November 1, 2021, Miami, Florida remote trial session and continued. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Remand, filed August 23, 2021, is granted, and this case is remanded to respondent's Appeals Office for further proceedings consistent with the matters discussed in the motion. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 27, 2021, the parties shall file status reports regarding the then present status of this case.
