Opinion

No. 85-2247.

June 18, 1986.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Broward County; James M. Reasbeck, Judge.

Bradford A. Thomas, of Kimbrell Hamann, P.A., Miami, for appellant.

Valerie Shea, of Conrad, Scherer James, and Joseph F. Murray, Fort Lauderdale, for appellee.

We reverse the summary final judgment because we believe there are numerous issues of fact concerning whether the appellee, Marion Scaffido Lariviere, was guilty of any actionable negligence.

ANSTEAD and DELL, JJ., and SALMON, MICHAEL H., Associate Judge, concur.
