An order of this Court having been entered on December 28, 2021 (M-3985), inter alia, granting respondent/petitioner-appellant's motion for leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about September 21, 2021, and assigning Andrew Baer, Esq., as counsel to prosecute the appeal,

And respondent/petitioner-appellant having moved for an order amending the aforesaid order of assignment to include the original docket numbers assigned to this case in the Queens County Family Court, Docket Nos. V-4607/18 and V-25039/18, prior to its transfer to the Bronx County Family Court, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and the aforementioned order of assignment is deemed amended to include the Queens County Family Court Docket Nos. V-4607/18 and V-25039/18 and the poor person relief and assignment of counsel previously granted is extended to cover same.
