DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion, pursuant to CPLR 5520, for extension of time to file notice of appeal and to treat the notice of appeal as valid.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file the notice of appeal dated January 18, 2019 is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to April 29, 2019, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to treat the notice of appeal dated January 18, 2019 as valid is granted, without costs, and the notice of appeal is deemed to be valid with respect to the decision and order of Supreme Court, Cortland County, dated November 19, 2018.
