PRESENT:

Respondents having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on this CPLR article 78 proceeding transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court, Oneida County, entered April 2, 2018, and to adjourn the oral argument,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a respondents' brief, and the time is extended to October 5, 2020, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks to adjourn oral argument, and the matter is removed from the Court's day calendar for October 27, 2020, and is added to the term of this Court commencing November 30, 2020.
