Motion by respondent for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered April 2, 2019 and from a judgment of that court entered July 18, 2019, which appeal was determined by decision and order of this court dated December 17, 2021, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from this court's decision and order.
