These cases were on the Court's May 20, 2024 trial calendar for St. Paul, Minnesota. The parties settled, but respondent needed more time to do the computations and draft settlement documents. Respondent recently reported, however, that petitioners became unresponsive once they were sent draft decision documents. It is therefore
ORDERED that on or before October 8, 2024, the parties shall submit decision documents or respondent shall file a status report describing any progress or a motion for entry of decision.
