An appeal having been taken herein by the attorney for the children from an order of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the Office of the clerk of said Court on March 19, 2012, and the attorney for the children having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeal and to consolidate the appeal with the appeal taken by petitioner-appellant,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Kristin Kozlowski, Esq., sworn to April 11, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is in all respects granted, and the Clerk is directed to accept for filing the briefs submitted by the attorney for the children.
