For cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is scheduled for hearing on respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction at the Court's May 22, 2023, Standalone session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) and 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Time) on Tuesday, May 23, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceedings that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding.

Special Trial Judge Adam B. Landy will preside over the proceeding.
