Courtney D. Jones Judge.

This case is on the calendar of the Court's May 8, 2023 trial session for Des Moines, Iowa. On February 22, 2023, the Court received returned mail of both the Court's Notice of Setting for Trial and Standing Pretrial Order for Small Tax Cases, each issued January 18, 2023, on petitioner at her address of record in this case. That Notice and Standing Pretrial Order was returned by the U.S. Postal Service and the envelope in which it was mailed was marked "Return to Sender - Undeliverable as Addressed - Unable to Forward". The Court called petitioner to inform her of the returned mail. Petitioner informed the Court that she is not at the address of record but declined to provide an updated address.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that on or before March 2, 2023, respondent shall file a status report to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case and the best contact information available, including the address(es) of petitioner, Lanisha Angel Kennedy.
