On August 8, 2018, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction. On March 21, 2019, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit issued a mandate dismissing petitioner's appeal. On November 7, 2023, respondent filed an Entry of Appearance. Petitioner filed an Objection to Entry of Appearance on November 10, 2023.

Because the Decision in this case is final, and this case has been long-since closed, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Entry of Appearance, filed November 7, 2023, and petitioner's Objection to Entry of Appearance, filed November 10, 2023, are deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
