This case is calendared for trial during the Court's Dallas, Texas trial session, scheduled to begin May 20, 2024.

On April 19, 2024, the Commissioner filed a motion for continuance. In his motion, the Commissioner states that he was unable to reach petitioner Erica Kennard, so Ms. Kennard's views on the motion are unknown. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 8, 2024, Ms. Kennard shall file an objection, if any, to the motion for continuance. If Ms. Kennard does not file an objection, the Court is inclined to grant the motion for continuance.
