WILLS, § 3when complaint to establish agreement to execute will properly dismissed. Complaint which alleged that plaintiff was induced by her father to convey to him her interest in certain real estate given to her by her mother on agreement by father to execute will devising the property in question to plaintiff but father failed to provide for daughter in will, held properly dismissed for want of equity, under the evidence.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon, JULIUS H. MINER, Judge, presiding.
