BY ORDER OF THE COURT:

The respondent in this case is hereby designated the Florida Commission on Offender Review. See § 947.01, Fla. Stat. (2018).

The petition for writ of mandamus is denied without prejudice to the petitioner to file a new petition that summarizes the action he has taken with the Florida Commission on Offender Review concerning his asserted eligibility for parole. Any such petition must demonstrate service on the Commission.
