Pending before the Court is the Commissioner's Motion to Compel Production of Documents and Motion to Compel Responses to Interrogatories, both filed April 19, 2024. Finding the motions well-supported, we will grant the motions. We note that this case is currently scheduled for trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on June 3, 2024, in Los Angeles, California. Under the normative rules (as set forth in the Standing Pretrial Order served February 15, 2024), any documents a party anticipates using at trial must be exchanged and provided to the Court at least 14 days before the commencement of the trial session, i.e., by May 20, 2024. We caution petitioners that any documents not exchanged and submitted to the Court by that deadline may be excluded from evidence. Having been cautioned, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion to Compel Production of Documents filed April 19, 2024, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion to Compel Responses to Interrogatories filed April 19, 2024, is granted.
