In an action to restrain violation of restrictive covenants as to the sale, use and occupancy of real property, appeal from an order granting respondent's motion for the determination of the damages suffered under a temporary injunction order, and referring the ascertainment of damages to an official referee, dismissed, without costs. The order is not appealable. Carswell, Acting P.J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
