Before the Court is appellant's June 28, 2022 unopposed motion to consolidate these two appeals as they both involve an appeal of the same trial court order. We GRANT the motion and ORDER the appeal docketed as appellate cause number 05-22-00605-CV be CONSOLIDATED into the appeal docketed as appellate cause number 05-22-00590-CV. We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to transfer all documents from cause number 05-22-00605-CV into cause number 05-22-00590-CV. Henceforth, all documents shall be filed under cause number 05-22-00590-CV.
