This case is currently set on the Court's remote trial calendar for Boston, Massachusetts, scheduled to be called on October 18, 2021. On October 7, 2021, the Court held a conference call with the parties.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is stricken from the Court's remote trial calendar for Boston, Massachusetts and is continued. The parties are no longer expected to appear at the calendar call on October 18, 2021. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 12, 2021, respondent shall file a status report informing the Court of the then present status of the case. It is further
