Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

By Order served December 8, 2023, the Court granted respondent's motion to remand and remanded this case to respondent's Appeals Office for further consideration. On May 8, 2024, the parties filed a Status Report attaching thereto the supplemental notice of determination issued to petitioner. The Status Report was signed by Matthew Schiller as counsel for petitioner. Matthew Schiller has not entered an appearance in this case.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is no longer remanded to respondent's Appeals Office and will be scheduled for trial in due course. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 6, 2024, petitioner shall file a status report.
