AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 207.2collision with train, sufficiency of evidence. In action for injuries sustained by motorists in collision with train at a railroad crossing, lower court improperly granted judgment for plaintiffs, where evidence showed that the crossing was in the country, the train sounded whistle and bell warnings, the automobile came to a full stop eight feet from the crossing and was struck when it started across the tracks, the vegetation along the right of way not being such as to obstruct the view.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Will county; Hon. CLAUDE, N. SAUM, presiding.

Reversed and remanded. Heard in this court at February term, 1940.
