Appeal from a judgment (denominated order) of Supreme Court, Genesee County (Noonan, J.), entered January 21, 2003, which, inter alia, granted the motion of defendant for summary judgment declaring that plaintiff is not entitled to supplemental underinsured motorist coverage from defendant.
