Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court, Oneida County, entered October 27, 2020, and October 28, 2020, for poor person relief, and for a waiver of certification of the record, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is dismissed without prejudice to a new motion that also seeks to vacate the dismissal of the appeals (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [c]).
