Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on July 7, 2015, July 10, 2015, and August 3, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Denis A. Kitchen, Esq., dated November 8, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of Catharine M. Venzon, Esq., dated November 10, 2016, and the statement of Giovanni Genovese, Esq., dated November 14, 2016, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and appellant shall file the original stipulated or settled records and ten briefs on the appeals, together with proof of service, on or before January 20, 2017, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.

Memorandum: No further extensions will be granted.
