The petitioner's filing of May 7, 2014, has been docketed as a petition alleging ineffective assistance of appellate counsel. The petition is dismissed. To the extent that the petitioner wishes to allege ineffective assistance of trial counsel, he must file a facially sufficient motion in the trial court under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850.
