Supreme Court of Florida
Dec 15, 1977
353 So. 2d 844 (Fla. 1977)

Opinion

No. 51832.

December 15, 1977.

Case of Original Jurisdiction — Habeas Corpus.

Claude L. Kelly, in pro per.

Robert L. Shevin, Atty. Gen., and Patti Englander, Asst. Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, for respondent.

The petition for certiorari was denied.

We have considered the petition for certiorari as an application for writ of habeas corpus. It states no basis for granting relief by habeas corpus, hence such application is also denied.

It is so ordered.

BOYD, Acting C.J., ENGLAND, SUNDBERG and HATCHETT, JJ., and DREW (Retired), J., concur.
