I. Jurisdiction of the District Court
1. The district court had jurisdiction as a civil appeal of a bankruptcy matter to district court acting in its appellate capacity in bankruptcy matters. It's based on the existence of a federal question, to-wit: Bankruptcy under the United States Constitution, Article I, Section 8, Clause 4. and the relating Bankruptcy Code, Sections 101-1532.
2. (i) The date of the District Court's OPINION &ORDER (Document # 14) sought to be reviewed is July 6, 2021.
2. (ii) The date of the JUDGMENT IN A CIVIL CASE (Document # 15) sought to be reviewed is July 7, 2021.
2. (iii) There is no event which the time to appeal is claimed to be tolled.
2. (iv) There is no such motion which tolled the time to appeal.
2. (v) The filing date for the Notice of Appeal is August 4, 2021 and is timely.
2. (vi) The case is not on direct appeal from the decision of a magistrate.
3. The appeal is from a JUDGMENT IN A CIVIL CASE (A final judgment) and no issues remain before the district court.
