Present — Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Davis, Adel and Taylor, JJ.


Plaintiff, as committee, brought a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the incompetent when he was struck by a taxicab owned and operated by the defendant. Plaintiff had a verdict based upon the incompetent's freedom from contributory negligence and defendant's negligence. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
