(1) Order granting defendant's motion for appointment of a receiver and sequestration of plaintiff's property; and (2) order granting defendant's motion for an allowance for counsel fee and expense, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Carswell, Johnston, Adel, Taylor and Lewis, JJ., concur.
