Looking at the totality of the circumstances, Johnson has shown at best a handful of insensitive and passive aggressive peers, not conduct that is truly outrageous. See Kelly v. Dep't of Human Servs., No. 13-cv-03701, 2018 WL 5994930, at *7 (N.D. Ill. Nov. 15, 2018). Moreover, Johnson has failed to show that any of the harassment he experienced was based on his race.
