This case was stricken from the Court's February 1, 2021, San Diego, California trial session and continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. On August 18, 2021, we held a conference call with the parties. On August 26, 2021, the parties filed a joint Status Report, advising that they believe the decision in Kelly v. Commissioner, T.C. Memo. 2021- 76, which still requires Rule 155 computations, will directly impact the issues in this case. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before December 1, 2021, the parties shall file further reports regarding the then-present status of this case.
